I have known several people that have done that, very successfully too. So, yes, you can mix CAD and WW.. Most people that I know that have combined the 2 do it for the same reason as you "Portion Control"

hi , i tried it, but evenutally i got into the mindset that, i am counting pts, so if i want to have an english muffin for breakfast i can then pasta for lunch then a hoagie for dinner, you know what i am saying. i just couldnt make it work cause i eventually just told myself i was doing regular old ww pts, then wound up binging etc etc etc. it would work, but i just couldnt make it work. i am hoping if i ever stick to cad for two weeks straight no cheats, my carb cravings will lessen and i will automatically eat less. good luck to you.
