Default started kiss

Today I started KISS to jumpstart a stall. I havent lost anything in 8wks. But its a little strange b/c I havent lost any lbs or inches but I've gone from a size 7/8 to a 4/5? But I still want to lose a couple of more pounds so I thought I'd try KISS. Has anyone had luck with this? Also, is anyone else terrified of gaining back the weight? I think thats why I want to lose more b/c I'm too scared of gaining it back.

i can certainly understand your concern about gaining weight, because i have the same concern, but, um, you're my heighth and a size 4/5. isn't that good? if i were there i'd just go on to maintence and not worry about the extra few pounds, especially if it's just like, 5 away from goal. it seems to me you've already done a fantastic job sticking to the woe, but just take each meal and day with baby steps, you know, in regards to maintence, and you should do fine.

congrats on your weight loss so far; don't worry about gaining it back; just make sure each meal that you eat is the best possible meal you can feed yourself at that time and one day you'll turn around and realize you've maintained it for a year. i know if you've come this far, you'll be able to keep it off! once again, congradulations and good luck!

Hey there! Wow, congratulations on the drop in size-- don't u feel fabulous?!?! Well, you should! God, I remember when I first started dropping sizes-- 14 to 12, then to 9, finally to 7/8. Although I was happy with those drops, it wasn't the same as getting to 4/5--man, was I estatic to finally be below a size 6 which used to be like the ideal! 4/5 is soooo great--u should be very proud of yourself! Don't be afraid of gaining weight--its really the inches that matter and as u can tell, its possible to loose inches and not weight. Why not give mainenance a try? Even if u gain weight, as long as u fit into 4/5, it should be ok, right?--prob jut water weight or muscle (always good!) and i do doubt you'll gain weight...and u can always reduce carbs and loose it again! Congrats once more =)

i'm not sure what KISS is myself, but to the original poster of this thread --

if you're still seeing fat deposits, and that's why you're wanting to lose more, then try some toning exercises and all over cardio. if you're already that small, you should start seeing muscle tone in just weeks. good luck to you!

Hi Libra, Um, you say you haven't lost inches but yet youv;e gone from a size 7/8 to a 4/5....I would say that is a LOT of inches!!!

You have done great!! As the previous poster said..maybe just try maintenance and exercise......

Questions re KISSS...here is a link...It is just a little more srtict Induction...basically Induction plus no dairy.
