Default Whats the worst High Carb Cheat meal youve had?

I have a cheat meal once a month, and when i cheat, i go all out!

Here is what i had this month - i know it may not be good to share this, but what the heck, i only do it once a month, i dont gain, and it keeps me going. Let s see what you guys have been up to:

Dennys Dinner

Nacho platter with cheese, beef, and sour cream Cal 1278 Carb 117
BBQ Chicken Sandwhich Cal: 1089 Carbs: 86g
Side Fries Cal: 423 - Carbs 57
Slice of Oreo cookie cake Cal 895 Carbs 112
Diet Sode (hehe)

TOTAL Calories 3685 Total Carbs: 372g

Holi Moli! _ i just realized how much this was as i was adding this up!!

Anyway, its amazing, that for me this was a once a month "chea treat" yet, this is a typical meal that most americans have almost daily, and they wonder why obesity is so high, these numbers are crazy!

By the way, if it makes it any btter, when i do this monthly thing, i usualy dont eat anything the entire day of, and the entire day after

Default Krispy Kreme Donuts Strike Again!!!

Well today I wasn't really planning on cheating but decided to give into my cravings. It's that TOM and someone my willpower just doesn't seem as strong as usual lately. Well, the Krispy Kreme donuts were staring at me and I decided what the heck!!!! After wolfing down a few I looked at the carb count and cringed. Ugh, 22 per donut. Not the end of the world, but more than I would have liked to expend on simple donuts. I'm heading back to induction tomorrow to get things moving again..... Soo, my highest carb cheat meal was 88 carbs. UGH!

Last week at the Chinese restaraunt. Ugh...I really didn't stuff myself but I really felt lousy afterwards. Mentally and physically. I won't be doing that again.
I don't make it a habit to cheat...I just felt bad cause my DD loves Chinese so much and had been deprived for awhile now.

Only cheat meal I've had was on my birthday. That was spaghetti and chocolate cake.

I felt horrible afterwards, but didn't gain any weight.

I had one "Irish Potato" candy, because the person described them as having "a little bit of sugar." Turns out the thing was mostly sugar, but I only had one and when I estimated the recipe it came up with 7 grams of carbs.

That was it! My big cheat! (I am, however, going to make them with Splenda, then they'll be legal little fat bombs!)

I had a HUGE piece of cake at my daughter's b-day party in April. I love butter cream frosting. I used to make a big batch to eat by the spoonful without the cake.

Funnel-O's.
Which are fried sweet dough covered in sugar and cinnamon....
I did NOT feel well after I ate 4 of the golfball sized things. I was dizzy and felt VERY light headed.

My worst cheat was a single bottle of Belgium ale.
It's about the size of a wine bottle, very sweet. Knocked me out of ketosis.

Today has been my one and only big-time cheat (aside from a spoonfull of ice cream once in a while.) The rhubarb is just coming on here and I LOVE rhubarb pie. I have lost 27 lbs and haven't had a dessert in 4 months so I decided that today would be it--I snarfed down two pieces of rhubarb pie like they were being inhaled. Man, were they good. Do I feel guilty? Just FULL!

I was just thinking about cooking some strawberries and rhubarb in a saucepot till hot and saucy, then sprinkling a couple packets of splenda on top and eat with a spoon for a sweet treat. Now I think I'll really do it!

As for the highest carb cheat, I usually only have a 1 meal cheat instead of a whole days worth, and even then, it's usually just one item (2 at the most). Like when we went on vacation and ate at a Mexican restaurant, I had a taco salad, tortilla chips & salsa, and split a fried ice cream with DH. YUMMMMMY
