Default Stall from low carb milk?

anybody think they do that?

I'm not losing like I usually do, and the only other different thing I can think of is that I'm drinking 2 or 3 glasses a day of this milk. I have always LOVED milk. It's yummy, sweet, makes me feel full, and goes GREAT with a small low carb snack. It doesn't SEEM like it's making me stall, but I wanted to ask the rest of you.

For me, I can't say as to whether or not it makes me stall, but I use it to make homemade yogurt, and it causes atrocious cravings and hunger for me. I have read here on the forum in the past that some people do stall from any form of dairy.. Maybe try cutting it out for a week or so and go from there?

Best of luck!!

I'd try cutting back to one glass (8 oz) a day . . . could be just the extra calories are putting you over the top . . .
