found a good low carb crunchy snack!!!

I was at a low carb stoere in ventura county ca. yesterday and found this stuff called Girlfriends booty.

It is so good a little high carb at 5 carbs for 1 oz. but trust me 1 oz is a lot i bought a 4 oz bag and i have bairly eaten 1/3 of it in 48 hours. its puffed soy and tapioca and is a great salty snack.

just thought i would share!!

I visit a low carb restaurant/shoppe, Orange County,CA and it carries Girl Friend's Booty. It is very similar to Atkins' Crunchers.

Vitamin Cottage

I worked for a vitamin Store in Colorado and quite a while ago my mother (who also works for the store) let me try these and I loved em. Still havent seen them in Texas but here's hoping that day will soon come.
