Has anyone done the program by the Streets?

They have DVD's/Videos for weight training and LC eating at www.lowcarbexercise.com. I just wondered if anyone has done them, and if so how you liked them. I am trying to get back into weights, and they seem like good programs, but I do have a gym membership so I don't know.
