Smile Gabi's World Famous Bread

This is my first post so hope I have got it right.
I'm from The Great Ocean Road region in Victoria, Australia.
I started researching low carb living a few months ago and have now been doing my own version for around 5 weeks.
I found Gabi's recipe under readers recipes and decided to try it.
Would I be naive in thinking I can spread this bread with butter as one of the diets I have followed which relies on the glycaemic index will not allow the mixing of fats with carbohydrates.
I note that this bread has around 3 - 4 carbs per slice.
Wondering what other lo carbers do in relation to this.
I wouldn't exactly call myself one of the world's greatest success stories but slowly but surely is my motto. Guess we all need constant assurance as temptation is all around us. It is unfortunate that here in Australia we do not have access to the variation in lo carb products that you have in the Northern Hemisphere.
Thanks all and best regards,
lollipop.

We would eat the butter. The most popular plans on this forum are strictly low-carb ones. Some people get into the glycemic index but still combine fats with carbohydrates.
