Default Always hungry

I did the BFL thing last year, and it worked great.. I went from 210 to 195 (goal was 185-190) in ten weeks, then I broke my shoulder and stopped.. My only problem with the program was that I was ALWAYS hungry. I'm doing Atkins right now.. and it also works great. I'm thinking when I get close to my goal, I'll do a cross between Atkins and BFL.. Anybody else have the same experiences.? Or trying the same thing?

Yup, lots of us have had success doing a cross between low-carb and Atkins. My best suuccess was in Challenge one when I was doing BFL workouts and eating Atkins style. I was eating about 60-70 grams of carbs/day. There is lots of info about doing this in the sticky at the top of the forum.

I am doing a cross between low carb and BFL. I always try and keep my carbs below 100, usually focusing for around 60 to 75. I have found plenty of energy to do my workouts and running every day.
