Red face mmrf...

So I'm in a depressive episode again. I don't want to do anything that I normally do...talk to people, role play, write, etc. Which means that I'm always thinking about food and wanting to eat. I'm not even particularly hungry, it's just that I get so bored and I want something to occupy me...and eating is the first thing that comes to mind.

Any ideas on how to combat this?

Hi there,

I know that food is a good friend when you are bored, I know I would do the same thing. I started walking, going to the gym, doing something with my hands...knitting, sewing, filing my nails, have a shower when you are really dieing to eat...so many things can change your focus....read a book...not a cook book..LOL...

You can get through this...you just have to look to the goal...

I play Tetris or Dr. Mario. You would not beleive how many illiness Doc Mario and I have cured. I find I can not think about anything else but the game when I play so it helps me get over some humps.
