Not worth it

Hubby doesn't LC, he has never needed to, he's thin to begin with. I thought I would buy him a treat...cookies. I thought...well I've been good so I'll have 2 ... then I read the ingredients...besides trans fats it lists dimethylpolysiloxane. WTF is that? I looked it up and this is what I find....silicone fluids.

Silicone fluids! Now that sounds like something I want to put in my body. NOT! Just one more reason to stick to LC. I don't want to put things in my body that I can't pronounce let alone metabolize.

I've been so good to myself with this WOL. Hopefully my body will forgive me for the dimethylpolysiloxane.
