Default Totally confused! Induction and exercise?

I've been in the pink for over a week (with one little cheat day in there last Friday ) and trying to get to the gym 3 or 4 days a week after a break of about 2 weeks. I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week before this, but I was burning out (I wasn't on induction then) and not seeing the results I wanted.
I've been wondering (and talked with good friend's who are pro athletes) if I'm going to lose muscle mass if I exercise (I lift weights and then do 30 minutes of cardio) while on induction? I only have about 10 lbs I'd like to lose, and I don't want it to be only my muscle!! I've dropped a couple of lbs since starting induction, but don't know if it's really anything other than water yet, and I'm SO lonely for fruit!
Anyone know for sure if I can really lose JUST fat while on induction? I'm 5"1' and 119 lbs as of this morning.

Probably around 1,000 + people who come by this forum. The amount of protein eaten while low-carbing preserves lean mass. Not getting enough protein causes your body to canabalize your muscle mass to get the amino acids it needs for vital functions.

Protein Power is a great book to read for easily understandable explanations of all the physiological processes behind low-carbing.

Thank you! I wanted to make sure that this didn't happen, and I don't want to stop working out. I'm hopeful that Induction will put me past this plateau that I seem to have hit! It's been months and months with no real change and it's incredibely frustrating.
