Question Per Fletcher - Daily Menu

I have been on induction about 5 days.

coffee w/ heavy cream and 3 splenda - 2 cups a day

2 eggs w/ Di Giorno cheese

Chix breast fried in oil and a diet Rite

small salad with oil and a diet Rite

2 pork chops baked in a little oil and a diet Rite

I also drink somewhere between 68 and 100 oz of water.

I am still interested in finding out if the cheese I am eating is on or off the plan?

Thanks

Fletch, have you read the book? Or print the list of induction foods from atkins.com.

Where are your veggies? You need to eat some veggies.

Cheese can cause stall. I realize it has with me. So only having a little cream cheese every few days, instead of cheese every single day.

Cut back on the cream and coffee, you are having around 10g net just from that. 6g net for the splenda packets alone. Cut back on the diet rite, and eat alot more veggies Also just give it time.

2 cups of coffee with 3 splenda packets, plus the sweetener from the Dr. Rite is a lot for induction. I belive you should have no more than 3 packets a day during induction.
