Finally!

Well, the two pounds I lost during my fat fast have not come back! Yea for me! I also lost and inch off my hips which I havent been able to do for 6 months! I hate fat fasts but if this is what they can do then count me in for one a week! Does anyone know anything about citric acid in drinks? I thought I heard some negative feedback on this and weightloss! I did have a crystal lite last night with citric acid and splenda in it. It was so good! I have been drinking nothing but water the last two weeks!

Congrats on the 2lbs!

Did you find the fat fast VERY hard? I was thinking of joining the study, but thought again. Being so new to the WOE it may be a little too much to take on right now. And yes, citric acid is a known staller in SOME. I just did a search on it to be sure, I used to LOVE diet pepsi
