Smile Percent ratio of fats,protein,carbs

Hi,
I just started on fitday (love it) and wanted to know the
best ratio of fats, carbs, and protien to follow while i am on
Atkins induction? Is this not the best website to keep track
of everything.....I am totally addicted to it. Its great also to
go on it in the night while i am having a snack attack, that way
my fingers are typing and not feeding my mouth

Atkins suggests we try to stick to 5%carbs, 30% protein, 65% fats. Although I have found from visiting a few LC boards that many lose better when their fats are a touch higher than 65%. Over 70% in fact. It also jogs a few off stalls later in their WOE when fat percentages should be naturally lowered to cope with the increased carbs. If they raise the fat a little they start losing again.

I have probably read that in DANDR but promptly forgot it because I'm nowhere near OWL, premaintainance or maintaince

I try never to fall below 65% fat, and during Induction seemed to lose best at 70% and above. My fat % is starting to go down a bit now as I progress in OWL and begin raising carbs.

My fat ratio is around 55% so i might start to eat more fats since i am not really losing as quickly as i wanted. Its still hard to get used to the idea to eat fat to get skinny....especially after attempting weight watchers so many times
