Default Carb Counts for Different Coffees? Starbucks?

Does anyone here know the carb counts for starbucks coffees. Someone got me a package of Starbucks Breakfast Blend for xmas but I'd love to know what the nutritional info is. I checked their site and it's not shown and I've emailed them with no results.
Thanks!

Well frankly, I'm shocked. The link above says Starbuck coffee of the day, caf and decaf, 16 oz, has 8 calories and 2 GRAMS OF CARBS! I brew this stuff all the time at home and only thought it was 0-1 carb. Add in the Splenda packet and cream, and my coffee addiction might be out of hand and upping my hidden carbs way more than I imagined. But, give up my coffee???<snif>

I would think it would be the same for just regular coffee-- 0.6 carbs per 8oz (if I remember correctly). There was a thread on flavored coffees a while back. The consensus was most flavored coffees are okay too -- there are just a trace more carbs than regular coffee. From what I read, it's only chocolate flavored coffee you really need to watch out for and avoid due to the carb content. Of course, if we start talking Starbucks frappuchinos -- that a whole different story!

But for the breakfast blend, personally I'd drink it without worry.

But that's realy the same as regular, plain coffee. I drink a large cup-- probably about 16 oz. I round my 0.6 carbs per 8 oz up (as I think a lot of people do) and there's your 2 carbs. Really no difference.

Yeah, that's all I could find: the coffee of the week... but who knows what that means. I figured it the breakfast blend would have the same carbs as regular coffee as it isn't really "flavored". I'll try it out and just hope it doesn't stall me.

It might depend on how you brew it. Starbucks recommends 2 tablespoons for each cup you're making. I know that's way too strong for me. I usually use 1 tablespoon. I can't even drink drip coffee at Starbucks because they make it so strong. Maybe if you just use 1 tablespoon it's less carbs?
