Default This Diet Works!!! Shopping list ideas??

I am on my fifth day of the diet. I have NO cravings for bread or starchy vegetables anymore!!!! I think that's amazing. I'm almost experiencing an aversion to those types of things now. This morning when I went to the cafeteria to get an omelette, I was looking at this guy's bacon, egg and cheese on a roll and I literally thought to myself, "yuck!"

I can tell I have lost weight so far - but how much I'm unsure of. I don't even know if the weight in my profile is correct because my scale was broken and I didn't realize it. My clothes are fitting loosely now. I would estimate my weight loss at about 5 pounds - already!!!!

Anyway, I'm running out of food...and I'm going to the supermarket tomorrow and was wondering if you guys had any ideas for a shopping list. I'm still in phase 1.

so far it looks like this:

Asparagus
Spaghetti Squash
Tomatoes
String Cheese
low Fat Cheese
Spinach
Salad (the ones in the bag without the carrots)
More of that salad dressing without sugar and 0 carbs
Chicken
Skim milk
More eggs
Turkey Bacon

I haven't really found any recipes with beans I like - so I haven't really attempted to make any.

I dislike cottage cheese without fruit enormously - yes, I do miss fruit.

I know this doesn't look like a very creative shopping list :-(

So - what do you guys have on your shopping lists that I don't have? The supermarket stresses me out immensely because I don't want to buy the wrong things.

For the past 3 weeks for lunch, I have lived off either turkey and cheese rolled in romaine lettuce, spring greens with garbanzo and kidney beans with Newmans Own Basalmic Vinegar, spring greens topped with sliced ham or tuna with a hint of mayo.. Snacks include V8, Laughing Cow cheese spread into celery sticks, sliced bell peppers..For dinner, I stick to my own menus, but once a week have stuffed chicken breast with Ricotta cheese and Spinach..

Not much help, but following these basics, I have lost about 13-15 pounds in almost a month
