Question Any Long Timers on this Low Carb WOL

I chose this place to put my question because I'm curious if there is anyone out there that has been on this WOL for a long time and what their opinion is. As I read it seems most are under 2yrs if that.

Please comment If you're not a "newbie"

Thanks
Kris

Hi Kris, I've been lowcarbing since 1994. You can read more details in the "stories" section from the menu above.

I was asked this in a PM and thought I would add it here...

Are you maintaining weight now or do you yoyo diet?

I have never yo-yo dieted. I don't believe in diets! Waste of time. Only permanent change works and for me it's the LC type that works.

LOC WOL since July of 1998.
Goal (-56) achieved November 1999.

[restart of serious weight loss approach August 2001 after quitting smoking Decemer 1 2000 and 40+ regain.]

No going back to looking at large volumes of carbs as healthy, especially not processed carbs...
