Angry Tough!

Boy, this is tough! Hardest thing I have ever tried to do. Not sure if I am doing good or not...Monday was the start of week 3 for me. I have only lost 4 lbs and this is happening wayyyy toooooo slloooowwwww for me! I expected to see some result by now, being that I am starving to death! LOL

I am going to give it a month or 2. Hopefully I will see something by then. Good luck to all of you, hopefully we can stay strong.

Please post your menus. There is no reason to be starving, especially with this way of eating. I suspect you are not eating enough.

I found that the less you eat the harder it is to loose the weight on the Atkins Diet so I started eating alot and lost 10 pounds in 5 days. I will average about 2 pounds a day for the first week then go down to 1 pound a day after for about another week or so. Eat alot more and you should see better results.

don't starve! it just makes you more miserable and more likely to quit! get some good low carb snacks....eggs, cheese, chicken, cream cheese, whatever you like...and have a snack when hungry! i feel like this is the one diet where you can lose weight and NOT be hungry...be creative
