Default Cardio Everyday

I am currently lifting weights on M, W and F, but like to get in about 30 -45 minutes of cardio everyday. I know when lift i need to take a day off, but is it ok to do cardio everyday. Thanks for any answers or tips.

I do Curves about 4-5 times a week, which you get your cardio and weight training all in one, for only 30 mind. a day.

IMHO it's ok to do cardio 5 or 6 times a week as long as you do take that 7th day off, and on the days when you lift weights, limit your cardio to 20-30 min. of MODERATE exercise. I found this out the hard way after overdoing the cardio and overtraining myself into exhaustion.

If you're just starting out, you might want to take it more slowly, though. The weight training is very important, and you don't want to knock yourself out with cardio to the point where your weight lifting workouts aren't as efficient as possible.

Thanks to Shadow01, by the way, for these tips.
