Just Found This Site!! Newbie

HI ALL.. JUST WANTED TO DROP A LINE. I STARTED ATKINS ON JAN 5, AND HAVE STARTED TO SEE RESULTS. NOT FOLLOWING THE SCALE, MEASURING MYSELF EVERY 2 WEEKS AND WATCHING HOW MY CLOTHES FIT....
I STARTED THIS AS I'M GETTING MARRIED IN 4 MONTHS AND WANT TO BE A BIT LIGHTER ON MY HAPPY DAY! I HAVEN'T READ TOO MANY THREADS YET, AS I'M AT WORK AND CAN ONLY DO THIS OCCASIONALY.
WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME TIPS, AM FOLLOWING THE DIET QUITE ACCURATELY, BUT NOT EXACTLY. I ONLY EAT ABOUT 20g OF CARBS PER DAY, THROUGH VEGGIES AND CHEESE AND MEAT. I'M ALSO TRACKING EVERYTHING I EAT . I AM LOOKING TO LOSE ABOUT 40 LBS, OR ABOUT 3-4 SIZES.
ANY SUGGESTIONS, TIPS, ADVICE.
