Hey Everyone! Nice to see there is a forum dedicated to the low carb lifestyle.
I am starting Atkins tomorrow. Wish me luck, I love my carbs. Although, I love the thought of losing these extra pounds more.
I was wondering if a standard vitamin C & B, would be sufficient on this diet? I also have a Weight Smart multivitamin. Would that interfere with the Atkins plan?
Good luck everyone!

I was thinking about changing to the Weight Smart multi-vitamin myself. I wonder if anyone else has been taking it.

Hi there!
Welcome to this board, xtratrix!

May I recommend the excellent "search" function on this forum (se top of page.) Try a search for "vitamins" or "supplements" etc and there are tons of threads discussing it. There is also a nutrition and supplement section on this board:

Cheers!
