Anybody got a recipe for Quesidillas??

Hi! LaTortilla Factory makes low carb torillas. I have found them at Safeway and they can be purchased online. Each tortilla has a total of 3 carbs once the fiber has been deducted. They come in a couple of different flavors. I have only tried the plain (whole wheat???) flavor in enchaladas and they were quite good!

We liked the La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas. My husband and I cant live without AT LEAST a weekly Mexican food fix. It was nice being able to have a tortilla with our fajitas. Now if anyone has a tasty low carb tortilla RECIPE, please post it here.

We also tried Subways low carb Wraps. I liked the Chicken Ranch and will eat it again when Im out and about and need to stop for lunch.

Im noticing the increase of Low carb selections at some of the Grocery stores although they have a long way to go in their selections.

We are in the Dallas TX area. Kroger carried the La Tortilla Factory tortillas now, though I havent found many low carb selections at Albertsons. They better hurry up and get on the band wagon! I heard Walmart was going to increase their choices as well.

The problem is that the buyers dont know what is good. Hopefully they will read these forums and get some good ideas of what will sell.

I was wrong. Albertsons now carries La Tortilla Factory Tortillas!!!
