Question delli meats??

How can I find out how many carbs are in deli meats like mock chicken, black forest ham, smoked turkey breast, pepperoni, salami etc. I know they contain fillers, MSG, sugar etc. but I would like to know if anyone has any additional information. thanks

This book lists most foods in detail.

The main thing to remember about meats is not to purchase any meat with the words "honey", "glazed", "brown sugar", "sweet". They all have been cooked in sugar.

Here's the link to the book.

I always buy boars head lunch meats. they are pretty much the highest quality meats available. Boars Head also provides nutitional pamphlets. or if you like you can go to

www.boarshead.com

and the nutritional value is on their website.
