Is it ok to eat pork rinds on induction? I've got a friend who told me that she does..............YES or NO?

Yep. Since they're just pork skin, they qualify. Just be sure you're not sacrificing veggies for them.

Yes it is ok and they pretty much are one of the few crunchy snacks that are ok.....Heaven knows they have kept me from cheating on numerous days

very high in salt so watch it and make sure you drink lots of water to flush out the salt

Also note that some of the spices may have sugar (e.g., BBQ flavoring), and any added sugar is forbidden on induction. The plain ones are safe though.

They are a wonderful snack - even on induction. Do stay away from the flavored ones because of the added sugar.

I am curious, I have been looking in the supermarkets and cannot seem to find Pork Rinds anywhere in there. What aisle would you find these?

Looking for snacks on induction and at a loss....afraid if I don't find options I may not succeed.

They're all over the supermarket here in Texas, thanks to the Hispanic population. The first place I'd look in a Canadian supermarket would be the aisle with the potato chips -- probably buried on the bottom shelf with the other unpopular snack items.

To my fellow Canadian, they have them in Superstore next to popcorn and nuts. Safeway has them too (potato chip aisle)

Another favourite snack of mine is to have cheese on top of a slice of salami, just like you'd have on top of a cracker (minus the cracker of course). 3 or 4 of these usually satisfies the munchies for me.
