Default I can't help myself!!!!

I'm getting close to my TOM too and for the 2 weeks before it I am eating eating eating eating non stop. Its like I can't seem to fill this bottomless pit called my stomach! Yesterday I ate sf jello and 2 sf kemps ice cream bars. Although they only totaled about 14 carbs I still felt like I over did it. But I couldn't seem to get enough. Of everything food and treats. This may not qualify as a real confession to you guys but to me its like uugghhh!! I feel like I just can't help myself. Should I not buy so many lc treats? I figured that it was better than grabbing a donut or something but I don't know. I mean if I binge on lc stuff isn't it just as bad as having a treat that isn't lc??

If you have a clue let me know

I get really hungry right before my TOM and my sugar cravings are mad!! We cleaned our house out of everything that is not Atkins - so last time I went nuts there was only low-carb available! That is better than eating carbs but I share your concern. The behavior and feelings are the same. It has helped me to plan something special during that time - dinner at Red Lobster or Outback have helped me. I also find that I crave red meat during that time so I buy some extra nice steaks. Hard on the budget but it does help me keep on track. Also, lots of water!! Orchid
