Well, today was day 4 and I maust say that I am really excited about it this time around. I have only posted something one other time, I guess it's an ego thing and a lack of computer skills, but this web site has really given me a sense of motivation and drive. I have lost 7 pounds already nd it's only been 4 days with no real exercise yet. Thank you for the site, it's really inspiring. One question, how do I use this journal that everyone talks about? Thanks again!

Go to the Journals section of the forum. You'd be in the H to J section here. http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdis...daysprune=&f=71

Read the Stickie at the top of the page and find out how to start a journal. It's really easy. You just decide on the title that you want for ever and start a new thread with that title. That's your journal. The link will show up tomorrow after the board does its automtic update.

You can list menus, keep track of losses, and people can come and visit you. It's kind of like your 'home address' on the board.
