Default Do you have some way of charting your weightloss?

I would really like some way of graphing my weight daily so that I can see trends as well as get a visual of my overall progress.

Any suggestions?

try using fitday.com it not only tracks what you eat but i believe it tracks just about everything (i.e exercise, weight goals, food/calorie/food %)

and if you keep it i am sure it will give you an overall chart to see how far youve come

by the way its free. hope it helps.

www.fitday.com Has a great chart that I like because it lets me see that I am makign progress, even through the ups and downs.

Another great site is www.mybodycomp.com It lets you not only track weight, but your measurements, body fat and so on.

I use Fitday to track my food, exercise, etc...But, for weights, I created a spreadsheet in Excel and plugged in formulas for pretty much everything I could think of:

Weight, Fat Weight, Lean Weight, Adjusted [for Lean Mass] Weight, Excess Fat, %Fat, %Lean, Waistline, Body Fat, Adjusted [for Lean Mass] BMI, Δwt, Δfat, Δlean, sum(Δwt), sum(Δfat), sum(Δlean), avg(Δwt), avg(Δfat), avg(Δlean), Wt ~ 18%BF, Wt ~ 15%BF, Wt ~ 10%BF, Wt ~ 6%BF, BMR, Kcal Consumed [this is an estimate based on the Calorie theory and usually not even close to correct...,] waist/weight at various BF% [assumes no change in lean mass.]

Thanks for the information. I used to use fitday 'somewhat' but I obviously didn't use that feature! I will check it out.

Thanks!

I just visited fitday and I did enter my current weight and my goal, but I couldn't find anywhere that would graph it out for me. I really want something like a line graph (is that what it's called?) that plots ups and downs.

Is it there and I'm just missing it?

Thanks again!

You enter your weight each day. Then you go under reports and select the report "How has my weight changed over time" It does all the graphing for you
