Default Atkins bread during induction

Can I have the Atkins bread that is in the grocery stores during induction? What about the Subway wrap.

No, you are supposed to stick to the allowed foods on induction. Some people believe that LC bread should be one of the last things you add back in. Go here for the list of allowed foods http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/12/15-464579.html
Good luck!! :-)

I'm gonna make a confession here, I've eaten the Atkins brand bread (in moderation, 3 slices a day max, 1 a day max on induction) from day one and it has never caused me to stall (too many bars and LC candy will though). On the other hand I am probably not eating as many vegtables as I should. I honestly probably could not do this WOE long term without it.

According to the Atkins web site, the bread is allowed during induction. The bagels are not.

Man... when did they change THAT? I suppose when sales dropped? Every time I've seen it, it's been for stages 2,3,&4...

Do yourself a favor and skip that stuff for two weeks. Give yourself a totally CLEAN induction BEFORE you start experimenting with the processed food!

Unhappy HELllllllllllp

I'm on induction and have posted several replies today to this forum and had no responses

Can I eat sausages on the induction? I've read conflicting information, some say no because of the corn content, and some say yes there are no trace of carbs, please help, can I eat a pork sausage, and how many
carbs are there?

Thank you in anticipation.............

If you can find sausages that have no sugars or wheat crumbs in them, you should be fine. You just have to search around and READ LABELS. I think I read as long as the carbs are very low, you will be fine. Like 1 g and under for a sausage. Just don't eat tons and tons of them. If you can find nitrate free ones, that is a good choice too. Go to www.fitday.com to track your carbs if you are unsure of the count of something, I have no idea the carb count in pork sausage right now but that site would.

Oh yes and you sometimes have to be patient to get replies. If you posted today, well it is only 8am my time right now so I am sure not a lot of people have been on "today" yet. It's hardly today! :-)
