Not Sleeping Anymore (Yes, an Exercise Q)
This makes absolutely no sense to me, but ever since I've been exercising very strenuously, I've had increasing trouble falling and staying asleep. I work out in the mornings, so that's not the issue. Is it possible that exercise makes you need far less sleep than normal??? Does anyone out there have any creative suggestions for sleeping? I've tried all the common things like avoiding caffeine after noon, not eating at night, taking a warm bath, etc. And I've even gone the Benadryl route, which makes me terribly groggy the nest day.
