During induction, how many eggs a week do/did you eat?

How many do you want? How many would it take for you to be satisfied but not stuffed? Do you like eggs?


I usually make an omelette in the morning simply because it is easy and I am in a rush. I usually use two eggs, but sometimes I use three if there's lots of stuff in the omelette.

If you like them eat them (in reasonable amounts of course, too much of a good thing and all that......). Probably a carton a day is bad. If you don't like them, no need to eat them at all.

I am on day 11 of induction and have been eating two eggs every morning. Also don t forget to count the 1/2 gram carbs per egg.

Don't know if this applies to females, but Men's Health magazine said that you can have up to 4 eggs per day before affecting cholesterol.

I have a mock danish with 2 eggs every morning and most days a hard boiled one on my salad for lunch.

I ate and eat between 2 and 6 a day. They are perfectly good for you.

I eat lots of eggs. Usually two or three for breakfast and maybe one more as a snack if I get really hungry. If you like eggs, eat eggs, no bad there.
