You'll be able to access the signature function the day after you have achieved 25 posts.
The database only updates once a day - usually late at night.

Cheers,

Rosebud

Hey Rosebud, your response times are great im trying to work in more veggies and I need to make sure I am doing it right. 1 Cup of Veggies on the APPROVED LIST is 1g Net Carbs correct! Please let me know.

Not necessarily - it depends which vegie you mean.

The best thing to do is to use Fitday ( www.fitday.com if you are not familiar with it) and enter the particular veg you want to use.
I tend to think you can have more than the 2 cups salad and 1 cup "other" veg from the approved list and still lose well. But that's just my opinion.

I made a list ages ago of how you can have 7 cups of vegies and still come in under 20g net carbs. Here it is:

2 cups lettuce - remember iceberg lettuce has fewer nutrients than lettuces such as romaine - the ones with darker leaves are generally better.
½ cup peppers
½ cup cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup broccoli
1 cup asparagus
1 cup cauliflower
2 fluid ounces heavy cream

According to Fitday, this gives you a total of 31g carbs, 12g fibre - making a total of only 19 net carbs.

Cheers,

Rosebud
