Default South Beach Question

I'm doing Atkins, but as curious as I am, I had to check out SB from the library. I was going through the recipes in Phase 2, I could not believe the choc. covered strawberry recipe is actually 'real' choc. and not SF! Can someone explain how you can have real choc. on SB?

thanks!

Ah, the SB clique find the taste of "real" chocolate infinitely superior to that of "sugar free" chocolates--to the point where tasting the full flavor of real chocolate outweighs any slight gain accrued from eating the lesser tasting fake ones?

Well, the author of the South Beach diet book makes it pretty clear that South Beach is not a low carb plan. Guess it's true.
