Hi..I'm new

I am glad to have found this forum. I can always use some good advise, and it's good to know that there are people out there who are in the same boat, and who really care. I am doing Atkins, and I try to walk every day with my two Labradors Mickey and Bud. They love those walks...a lot more than I do! I am looking forward to posting and replying...
