Default some more detail?

I think it depends. You can have, but very often it is not necessary. Can you give some detail of your exercise program?

Hi galadrielle

I am either doing weights / cardiac for one hour and fifteen minutesor lap swimming nearly every morning. I also walk the dogs for about 3/4 of an hour in the evening. I am breast feeding, too. All that activity and not much weight loss! I do feel good though.

I would say if you feel a lack of energy when working out, then you need more carbs. If you feel fine, keep your carbs where they are at.

I couldn't work out on 20 carbs--I had to up it to around 50. I lose weight faster that way and I get to have those blowout workouts that I love.

Some people are fine on low carb workouts while other experience malaise....
