Can someone tell me what our percentage of protein and fat, etc should be in one day?.....Julie

Hi Julie,

Most of us lose best on 65 to 70% fat, 5% carbs and 25 to 30% protein.
And of course, as you move through OWL, and then into premaintenace, your carbs will gradually increase and your fat decrease.
