Default cheese sauce at Arby's

I checked arby's website and it did not list what the amount of carbs are in the cheddar cheese sauce. I love Arby's and I thought roast beef dipped in the cheddar would be great. However I'm nervous about trying it. Anyone happen to know the carb count?

I would be leery of it too. I seriously doubt it's just cheese. It's probably processed chedder with a thickner such as corn starch or flour as well as quite a few transfats.

Try doing web searches maybe? My carb counter has Arby's Melt with Chedder at 36g carbs and 2 fiber, but that includes the bun.

I agree, the cheese sauce is likely loaded with starches... I've read the ingredients of the cheese sauce that they use for nachos, and although I don't remember the exact carb count... i DO remember putting it RIGHT back on the shelf!

I emailed them once about the carb counts and the sauces and their sandwiches without the bread. They have a few carbs in them. Enough so that I didn't go there for lunch.
