Default Low carb cereal

I bought some low carb breakfast cereal because I am dying to eat some cereal....What do you put in it??? I know you cant have milk so what do you use???

There is a low carb "milk" out there called Carb Countdown, I believe... Other than that, most people use heavy cream and thin it with water. I'd start with 1/2 cream 1/2 water and see how that goes.

I've been eating the Hot Flax seed cereal and I use like a Tablespoon of Cream in it.

I use cream also--it doesn't take much--and splenda on my CarbWise "country spice" faux-cereal.

I use carb countdown one cup has 3 carbs and you don't need that much for the cereal you get.
