Smile Soy Nut Butter

I love this stuff (I know, that's weird). So what's the bad news about it, cause I know if I like it then it must not be good.

Dare I ask, is it permitted on induction?

If it's not on the list of allowed foods, it's best to wait.

It's not listed on induciton, so no.

After on OWL though you can have the unsweetened low carb kind Watch the high calories in it and monitor portion control just as you would with nuts. It is very LC though and while it's an accquired taste I agree that it's addicting once you have some Also much lower carb then peanut butter.
