Breaded meat

Right now I live with a family in Spain and they eat a lot of breaded meat and chicken. The meat is very lightly breaded though, not like fried chicken or mozzarella sticks or anything like that. Its just a very thin layer of breadcrumbs. Would anyone know where I can find out, or would like to take an educated guess, at how many carbs would be in a chicken breast breaded like this? THANKS
