Default Greetings all

Hi

My name is Rich and I've been on the Heller & Heller Carbohydrate addicts plan for a few years. I originally tipped the scale at 225 and after a lot of hard work and starving myself I got down to about 175 but could not get any lower. At that point I found the CA plan and it was great! All the food I “couldn’t” have was back in my diet, the cravings went away and I was loosing again. I went down to a low of about 143 and decided that was too low so I allowed myself to put a few pounds back on and settled in at about 150. I was good with that for about two years and then I guess I got a little sloppy and the weight slipped up to 155 then 158 then I went on a cruise… yada yada, you get the picture. So now I’m at 165.

Anyway, I got back on the stick in September but didn’t see much results. I went back to re-read the book and cut out diet drinks and I’ve reduced my caffeine from 100% to 25% and will be off completely by next week. So far, I’m still not seeing results so I went Internet searching and here I am. I’ve already been getting some good advice and some new recipes here.

Rich

OH..Oh..I saw that one! Funny you should mention that one.

I got all the ingredients and I’m going to try it out over the long weekend. The two things I miss most is ice cream and pizza (mostly ice cream).

I know once I get back to my goal I can slip that stuff back in on occasion.

Rich
