Simple Strawberry Smoothie or Milkshake
3 large whole frozen strawberries
1 cup Hood Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage (Wal-Mart) Whole
3 packets of Splenda
5.5 net carbs!
6.8 g carbs (not counting the Splenda)
1.3 g fiber
8.2 g fat
5 g saturated fat
12.3 g

Blend ingredients until smooth. This makes a very thick milkshake/smoothie
The Hood Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage is awesome, much better tasting than regular soy milk for those of us who prefer real dairy. It has the taste of reconstituted powdered milk, so it's not exactly milk, but pretty darn close and nutritionally superior.
