Default OWL folks what's your carb count?

I'm curiouse what every ones carb counts are right now. I should be raising mine more but I have been at 25 for about two months. For somereason I am having a hard time raising it. I think i'm afraid that I will do something that will stop the loss permanantly. I moved to 30 carbs this week and so far so good.

Dont look towards me, I still stay around 20. Not that I am trying to so much, that is just the way it works out.

I am struggling with this issue myself. Right now I am in a month long plateau. I am keeping my carbs below 30, but I am concerned that this may not be good.

Can I stay under 30 grams of carbs healthfully for 6 months?

I was up to 40 before I went back to induction, but not because of upping carbs, was because of another dork move I did. I was using nuts and different veggies to get there.

I consider myself in OWL because of the variety of foods I eat occasionally — low-carb bread, tortillas, berries, low-carb ice cream, nuts, etc. But I still stay around 20 carbs a day.~Some days a little more, some a little less, but I try to hit at least 18 so I don't drop too low. I plan to start upping carbs when my weight drops to 170, which hopefully should be around mid- to late-January.

Since I restarted on Atkins after a month-long hiatus....I am doing between 25-30 carbs with minimal pre-packaged LC foods (ie. shakes, bars, splenda, etc.). Most of my menu consists of foods you buy in the grocery store: cheese, meats, greens, veggies, salad dressing, nuts, seeds. I have lost 3 lbs already in last 2 weeks... a little faster than before I fell off.

I am between 25-30 to (rarely) 50-60, if I do go on the high end I stay low for a few days. It's quite variable, since some days I don't even want to look at carby things and other days I will have more in the way of yogurt & berries.
I don't eat any bread or pasta of any kind, if I'm going to have more carbs it's usually yogurt, fruit, or an occasional (2-3 times a week) dessert like a Klondike low carb bar. And sometimes I'll have a glass of red wine.
I'd rather spend my carbs this way, no meal goes over 15 carbs, usually.

I've stayed at induction levels the whole time, but considered myself in OWL because of the food variety I have added in the form of nuts, low carb breads and hot cereals etc. I am going to move up to 25 carbs next week as I am only a few pounds from goal.

I vary from 20-30. If I go over that I stop losing. It is slow right now, anyway, about 2 lbs. per month. At least it is still going the right direction.

I am planning strategy for the holidays, taking about 3 lc dishes to by brother's on Thanksgiving, but then I host Christmas this year, so lc will be prominent.

I'm at 30 carbs a day, and have added more veggies, nuts,
berries, and the occasional tortilla to my eats. My weight loss
has slowed, but not disappeared.

I am at 30-45 carbs a day. I consider myself lucky though. Even on induction I had to have between 25-30 carbs a day in order to lose weight. Everyone is different, you might need more or less. I've read on here that even when some raise only 5 carbs a day, they gain.

Good Luck!
