I use the powdered which is much stronger then the pills. You take it twice a day, after workout and before bed. I take it for muscle soreness though not cravings.
What helps me when a craving hits, or I see something I want, is to go online and find an LC recipe for it. You'd be amazed what can be made LC these days.
For gummyworms and such, they do have LC ones. You just have to treat them as you would regular junk food and only have in moderation, and hope your not sensative to SA's
Other things that can help:
Eat something, it could be honest hunger
Drink water, thirst is often mistaken for hunger
Have a nice hot cup of tea, LC cocoa, or broth. A hot liquid can sometimes be extreamly comforting and satisfying.
Do something to take your mind off it, and keep hands busy
Exercise.
