Thank you very much for the 4.5 pounds that have disappeared over the last 2 days, bringing me down to an all time low of 193. I think I love you. My goal of 189 by my birthday is rapidly approaching (10 days and counting). I promise to be a good girl, sticking to my 20 carbs a day and drinking all of my water. I won't cheat, not even for a taste. Can you find it in your heart to help me melt off 4 more pounds for me?

No, there's only ONE. Just like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. But, she does have a sister, who is the Carb Witch.

Well, the Tooth Fairy, Santa Clause, and the Easter Bunny are all omnipotent so I'll settle for that. She can be with me the same time she can be with everyone else
