Default Jello sweetened with aspartame

How many of you on Atkins are eating SF, aspartame sweetened jello? Are there any other SF gelatins out there, sweetened with "good" artificial sweeteners? For those who are eating the SF aspartame sweetened jello, has it effected your progress, and if so how?

I buy one put out by Hunts it's called "Juicey gels" and it has Splenda not Aspartame, Look in the stores where they have the little tubs of ready to eat pudding and jello products.

I only have about one a week if that, just for a sweet treat, sometimes I'll add cream to it 8>)

I've eaten SF Jell-O with aspartame since the beginning and I don't think it has slowed me at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure it has helped me lose, because it helps me stick with the plan.

Jolly Rancher also has a brand of Sugar Free "Gel Snacks". They're sweetened with sugar alcohols. (<2g per cup)

Found in the refrigerated section.

I make my own Jello with Splenda, that I found somewhere else.

Basically I take unflavored gelatin (which has protein!), and mix it with Kool-Aid brand Kool aid (store brand koolaid has ose's in it usually), and a couple tablespoons of Splenda. Set, top with homemade whip cream and enjoy.

1 envelope of Knox Unflavored Gelain in a bowl, mix with hot water per directions,
add 1 envelope Kool-Aid brand drink mix (lemon lime is my fave)
and 1/4 - 1/2 cup Spenda (add up to 1 cup depending on how sweet you want it). The less splenda, the more tart it will be (which I like for some reason).
Mix it all until it dissolves then add the cold water per gelatin directions. Let set and eat with some heavy cream + splenda whipped together.

The packet of Koolaide that you buy, it is the kind that you would add sugar to, right? How much does this make? I like to add 2 tbl. of cream cheese per half cup - when it sets the top is creamy, and the bottom is clear.

Thanks, can't wait to try it!

Ditto on the eating jell-o brand flavored gelatin w/aspertame.
I haven't seen any prob yet (only 10 days), and my weight loss is steady. Wife and I have it with home made whipped cream from heavy cream and splenda, and it helps us feel like we're not completely outside of anything sweet to munch. Although now....... I lkie the homemade jell-o idea with the kool-aide packets. Hmmmmm

I just started eating SF jello or somebody's house brand, and I found I was able to push away from the table much easier than without it. Whatever "stall" I get from the aspartame is balanced out by the fewer calories from a shorter dinner.

Today I tried something diffrent with my sf jello. I added some white grape diet rite instead of cold water (It was good.) I have been eating sf jello for weeks and I think it helps with the sweet tooth. But as you can see from my fitday I have a sweet tooth all the time. I don't see any diffrence when I'm eating the aspartame. Once in awhile I'll even drink a diet pepsi.
