I added a lot of veggies right after induction, I didnt start adding nuts until recently. It is a good idea to only add one thing at a time, I found that I can eat peanuts and walnuts and almonds with no ill effect, but cashews I cant do. i dont know though, it may have to do with portion control too... I don't gain when I eat them, but dont loose, they may be a food I can have later when I am in the life time maintanence phase ... If you only add one new food, you will know which is the culprit right away! also, have you seen the food ladder? try them that way!
