Default Hurray for Willpower!

This is my first cheat free day! I promised myself I'd do it for real this time, and I made it through a day! My roommate offered me a poptart, and without thinking I picked it up and went to put it in my mouth, then put it down and said "actually i don't want a poptart, but thanks". I'm SO proud of myself. Small victory I know, and tomorrow is another battle of a day, but I WILL do it this time.

Good job. Sometimes it's the small battles that win the war! It will become second nature, and those Pop Tarts will actually taste BAD to you after a few days!

Each good choice will make you feel better about yourself, and it gets easier to pass temptations by as you start to lose.

Great job, on your willpower... Doesn't it just make you feel so good to be in control again..

I had a similar thing... was on the run.. had to stop at mcdonalds... got 2 cheese burgers... sat in the car looking at them.. with the bun.. IT LOOKED INCREDIBLE... then thru the buns into the bag and ate the burger...

Can you believe something that most people are like "ICK McDonalds burgers" I was like "if only i could eat this bun... i would be in HEAVEN"...

WILLPOWER... I did it!!!
