Default low carb bread

Hello,

I used to be here a lot but tried Sugar Busters for a long time without success. I think I should try CAD/CALP again. My question is: I have found a low carb, high fiber bread by Natural Ovens Bakery which is awsome and only has 3 crbs per slice. It is a good size slice of bread too. Can one have this on CAD, CALP for breakfast and sandwiches since it is so low?

Thanks,
Grandma

HI,
THE Bread should be used for reward meals. Although the book has recipies with soyflour, this may trigger cravings, stalls or even weight gain. after the cad book, the hellers advised against soy flour and sweetners and do just as much damage as the regular products. But you can experiment with the bread see it'll work for you. not everyone is the same

That's right, there is no subtracting fiber when it comes to CM's. It truly is best to stick to the foods listed in the book and keep the CM's really "clean". That is how this program works. And it is well worth it
