hi there,

Unfortunately, grapes are pretty carby .. 1 cup of seedless grapes has 28g carbs / 1.6g fiber. By weight .. 100 grams (3½ ounces) has 17.8g carbs / 1g fiber.

Hi! Yep, about 1 carb average. If you're on Induction, though, they're a no-no just yet. You can, however, re-introduce a few into your diet later on. I just got out of Induction a few days ago and yesterday went to one of our large ag company's 'company store' and stocked up on frozen berries. I can tell you, 1/4 cup of raspberries, a couple of tablespoons of half-and-half, a sprinkle of Splenda and I was in HEAVEN!!
