Default Dairy produce.

Why cream is allowed but milk or curd is not?

Hii Jessy,

Everything is allowed, depending on the diet plan you follow.

If you you want to eat low-carb, you have to look for the low-carb food. If someone wants to eat high-carb, or high-glycemic food, there are a few diets that allow it. Weight Wachers, for example.

Forbidden? Sounds like a religion!

No, low-carb plans simply mean low-carb intake. So even if sugar is high-carb, a 10 gram serving of pure sugar is low-carb if no other carbs are consumed in the same day. Allowed, but not smart, and can lead to trouble

You really have to read the book. It's dangerous to follow different plans according to people's posts (including mine). Knowledge is power.

Jessy,

I remember a while back you wanted to order low-carb bread from on-line stores. Why not order a book? They are available in Europe, and you should have no problems. Trust me, it's more important than low-carb treats and chocolates, this is your health.

Sorry for bugging you, it's only because I care.
